KOT ADDU: A drivers and navigators conference, followed by a musical night, was organised at the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) Resort near Taunsa Barrage as part of the 11th Thal Desert Jeep Rally, attracting renowned racers and distinguished personalities from across Pakistan.
Commissioner Dera Ghazi Khan Ashfaq Ahmed Chaudhry and Regional Police Officer Muhammad Azhar Ikram attended the conference as chief guests. Deputy Commissioner Kot Addu Muhammad Jawad Haider Shah, Deputy Commissioner Dera Ghazi Khan Bilal Saleem and District Police Officer Kot Addu Mansoor Qamar were also present.
The event was attended by TDCP General Manager Farhat Hussain Farooq, prominent jeep racers and other notable personalities from different parts of the country.
Among the well-known participants were Mir Nadir Magsi, Sahibzada Sultan Muhammad Ali, Ronnie Patel, Asif Fazal Chaudhry, Faisal Shadi Khel, Zain Mahmood, Gohar Sanghi, Mansoor Haleem, Tashna Patel, female racer Salma Khan and Deena Patel.
A large number of racers, drivers, navigators and motorsports enthusiasts attended the celebrations. A musical night and various recreational activities were arranged to entertain participants and local residents.
