In Lahore, the main Ashura procession began from Nisar Haveli at Mochi Gate and proceeded towards Karbala Gamay Shah amid strict security arrangements. Thousands of mourners, including men, women, and children, participated in the procession, while elegies and tributes to Imam Hussain (RA) echoed throughout the route.
Karachi’s principal Ashura procession commenced after the central mourning gathering at Nishtar Park. Similar processions and religious gatherings were held in Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gilgit, Skardu, Muzaffarabad, and several other cities.
