Prince William is reportedly urging King Charles III to consider removing Prince Harry and Meghan’s royal titles following the couple’s recent public appearance in Nottingham, according to a report by Australian magazine Woman’s Day.
The magazine, citing unnamed sources, claimed William was angered by what it described as the couple’s “quasi-royal” outing, during which they visited community organisations in the English city.
“William and his supporters are telling the King that this has to be the absolute last straw,” one source was quoted as saying.
“He can’t believe his father is allowing them to bulldoze their way around Britain doing whatever they please,” the source added.

King Charles has previously reaffirmed that Harry and Meghan remain non-working members of the royal family and undertake charitable activities in a private capacity. A statement issued on the King’s behalf in September said their status had not changed.
Harry and Meghan stepped back frocial royal duties in 2020. They retain the titles Duke and Duchess of Sussex, but do not use the styles His and Her Royal Highness in their public activities.
