Religious gathering bus crashes, five killed

HAFIZABAD: At least five people were killed and more than 27 others injured when a passenger bus carrying people to a Tablighi gathering plunged into a drain near a flyover in Hafizabad.

According to initial reports, the accident occurred near the Fatki Flyover when the bus fell into a drainage channel due to overspeeding. The vehicle was carrying passengers travelling to attend the religious gathering.
