The television and film actress took to the social media site on the November 2 to share a story, carrying a thank-you note addressed to all of her admirers for helping her reach this following.
Saba Qamar started her career somewhere around the middle of the 2000s’ decade, and her hard-work and passion hasn’t gone unnoticed ever-since. PTV fans remember quite well how Saba Qamar came to conquer the entire small screen, for she would appear in almost every drama serial that would air back then, such as Faisla, Number 1, Ghuroor, Bint e Adam, Unbiyaanable and Kaheen Tum Kaheen Hum to name only a few. In the same decade, ATV came to the fore as a channel and Saba Qamar was once more there to spellbind the audiences with her back to back appearances in Na Jaane Kyun, Chaap, Mohabbat Ab Nahi Hogi, Dil Se Shikayat Hai and Khuda Gawah. Qamar also went onto host the popular infotainment show called Hum Sab Umeed Se Hain for many years, appearing in Paani Jaisa Pyar, Dastaan, Teri Ik Nazar, Jo Chale Tou Jaan Se Guzar Gaye, Maat, Mein Chaand Si and Uraan along with private channels.
After also having earned her name as a film actress in works like Manto, Lahore Se Aagey and the Bollywood blockbuster Hindi Medium and establishing herself as one of the best actresses of Pakistan, Saba Qamar suddenly grew selective, choosing only to work in big productions carrying important socio-political understatements such as Baaghi, Cheekh and Besharam.
