The arrival of the Sri Lankan contingent marks the beginning of the visitors’ preparations for the series. The players and team officials are expected to complete their initial arrangements before turning their attention to training and match preparation.
Pakistan will also be looking to make the most of the home conditions when the two sides meet in the opening T20I. The series will give both teams an opportunity to assess their squads and combinations in the shortest format of the game.

Cricket fans in Pakistan will be closely watching the series, particularly the performances of the respective T20 squads. The Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium will host all three encounters, with the opening match scheduled for Friday.
