Syrian foreign minister arrives in Pakistan for two-day visit

Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani is arriving in Pakistan today for a two-day official visit. The visit will take place on August 19 and 20.

Al-Shaibani is visiting Pakistan at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar. A senior Syrian government delegation will accompany him during the visit.

The Syrian foreign minister is scheduled to hold meetings with senior Pakistani officials in Islamabad. The discussions will focus on strengthening relations between Pakistan and Syria.
