According to Indian media reports, Tiwari was found unresponsive at her home in the Bhusa Mod area of Madhya Pradesh’s Singrauli district on Saturday. Her family reportedly rushed her to hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead.

Police have opened an investigation to establish what happened before her death and determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Tiwari had built a significant following on social media with around 900,000 followers on Facebook and 700,000 on Instagram. Her posts regularly attracted thousands of reactions, while some of her videos accumulated millions of views.

Originally from Singrauli, Tiwari became more widely known after winning the Miss Pretty India 2024 title. She had been pursuing opportunities in modelling, entertainment and digital content and reportedly hoped to establish herself in acting and the film industry.

Investigators are examining events leading up to her death. Her family told local media that she had been speaking to someone over the phone on Saturday evening. Police, however, have stressed that it would be premature to link that conversation to her death without further evidence.

Authorities are reportedly examining her call records digital activity and other available evidence as they try to reconstruct the events preceding the incident.

Police are also speaking with family members, acquaintances and people associated with Tiwari as part of the inquiry. Morwa police station in-charge Dr Gyanendra Singh said investigators were collecting information from people who may be able to shed light on the circumstances.

News of Tiwari’s death has prompted an outpouring of grief among her followers on social media. Tributes have continued to appear online as the investigation remains ongoing.

Authorities have not yet announced a definitive cause or motive for her death, and further findings are expected as the investigation progresses.
