US reality television personality Angie Katsanevas says she is not ready to start dating following her separation from her husband, Shawn Trujillo.
Katsanevas, a star of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, discussed her personal life during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Wednesday.
Asked by host Andy Cohen whether she was dating anyone, the 52-year-old replied: “Absolutely not.”
“I have not been out with anyone or kissed anyone,” she added.
Katsanevas and Trujillo separated in July after 27 years of marriage. The couple have a 15-year-old daughter, Elektra.
Katsanevas said there had been no single incident that led to the breakdown of their relationship.
“I think it’s just 30 years, people change,” she said. “You get into this place. … I talked about it with my dad where you question, ‘Is this just being together for 30 years?’ Is this normal, feeling not connected anymore?”
She said the couple had been “acting like parents but not acting like a married couple” before their separation.
“[We weren’t] going on dates and being loving and affectionate with each other,” she added.
