Arwah-e-Cheehant: A Story of Love, Dreams, and Reality

‎‎Literature is not only about stories and characters. It is also a way to understand human feelings, society, and the problems people face in their lives. Some books entertain us, but other books like, they make us think about our own society. Arwah-e-Cheehant, written by Mujahid Baloch, is one of the best book.That I have read , it is a Balochi novel that emphasises love, education, culture, and the difficulties faced by young people in Balochistan.

‎‎One of the most important things about this book that is its connection which connects to our society. The writer Analysis a story that is not completely separate from real life. Millions of people in Balochistan have dreams, but they face severe challenges while trying to achieve them. Throughout his writing, Mujahid Baloch gives readers an opportunity to think about these challenges.

‎The story revolves around two characters, Meeran and Mahgunag. Meeran is a young student who goes to Quetta for higher education. Like many other students, he has to think about his future and choose a field of study. This part of the story highlights an important problem in our educational system: many students cannot receive proper career guidance. As a result, they face problems further; however, they often choose a subject without knowing their interests or understanding what they really want to do in their life. As a result, they may lose interest in their studies that is the main reason the book addresses.

‎‎The love story of Meeran and Mahgunag is another important part of the novel. Their relationship shows how love can affect and influence human thoughts, feelings, and decisions. However, love is not a simple journey either. People face severe difficulties, misunderstandings, family expectations, and circumstances throughout their lives, which is sometimes beyond their control as well. Through these characters, the writer addresses the emotional side of human life and the meaning of love in society.

‎‎I think one of the strengths of this book which I like the most , is that it connects personal feeling with social realities. The story does not only depend about two people who fall in love. It also involved the environment in which young Baloch people can grow up. If we take the real life example, so our society has its own traditions, languages values, and expectations. These things easily influence the young people when it comes to education, careers, and marriage.

‎‎Another important thing in the novel is its connection and bond with Balochi language and culture. In a time when many young people are becoming less interested in reading books, works like this can encourage them to develop a habit towards reading and writing and develop a reading habit as well. Lastly, I want to mention that as Baloch, we should not ignore our own language. Balochi literature deserves attention because it carries our mother language , traditions, feelings, and experiences. Writers like Mojahid Baloch play an important role in keeping this literary tradition alive.

‎‎In my point of view, the value of a novel does not depend only on its ending. It also depends on the questions it leaves in the minds of readers. Arwah-e-Cheehant encourages us to think about love, education, personal choices, and the challenges of growing up. It always reminds us that young people need proper guidance, career counselling, understanding, and opportunities to build their futures.
