QUETTA: Train services connecting Balochistan with other parts of the country remained suspended for a second consecutive day on Sunday, causing inconvenience for passengers.
According to railway officials, the Jaffar Express scheduled to travel from Quetta to Peshawar did not depart from Quetta. Meanwhile, the Jaffar Express arriving from Peshawar will be halted at Jacobabad due to the disruption.
Officials said the temporary suspension was necessary to facilitate repair work on the railway track.
