Bilawal holds separate meetings with PPP leaders

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari held separate meetings with four senior party leaders, during which matters related to development projects, legislation and the country’s political situation were discussed.

According to a spokesperson for Bilawal House, Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Memon, Provincial Minister for Local Government Nasir Hussain Shah, senior PPP leader Syed Khursheed Shah and former federal minister Naveed Qamar met Bilawal Bhutto Zardari separately.

During his meeting with Bilawal, Sharjeel Memon briefed the PPP chairman on progress regarding transport initiatives and major development projects in Sindh. He updated him on the implementation of ongoing schemes and developments in the relevant sectors.

Bilawal Bhutto also held a separate meeting with Naveed Qamar, during which matters related to legislation in Parliament were discussed. The two leaders reviewed parliamentary affairs and exchanged views on legislative matters.

The country’s political situation also came under discussion during Bilawal Bhutto’s meeting with Khursheed Shah. The two leaders exchanged views on the prevailing political environment and other matters of national importance.

Meanwhile, Nasir Hussain Shah briefed the PPP chairman on the performance of his department. He informed Bilawal about departmental affairs and progress on various initiatives under his portfolio.

The separate meetings focused on the party’s political and parliamentary affairs as well as development activities and the performance of Sindh’s provincial departments.
