Fans in the US will continue to have access to the game through the ESPN app. ESPN’s coverage will include its main broadcast, the Spanish-language telecast and the popular ManningCast featuring Peyton and Eli Manning.
Disney is also planning extensive coverage around Super Bowl week. ESPN will set up a temporary broadcast hub called ESPN Beach at Santa Monica Beach. The week-long operation will begin on February 8 and include a free fan experience at the Santa Monica Pier.
Super Bowl LXI has already attracted strong interest from advertisers. Disney said all commercial slots on ABC and ESPN have been sold, marking the earliest Super Bowl advertising sell-out by a network.
