Fresh gameplay footage purportedly from Grand Theft Auto VI has resurfaced online, with an account known as Cyberleek releasing a video lasting about 25 minutes, according to media reports. The footage appears to show driving, vehicle customisation, first-person gameplay and scenes featuring the game’s protagonists.

Cyberleek began posting clips and map images in August, offering apparent glimpses of the highly anticipated game developed by Rockstar Games. The material has included driving sequences, combat, character interactions and locations in and around the fictional city of Vice City.

Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games’ parent company, filed requests for subpoenas against Microsoft and Discord on Aug. 20 as it sought information that could help identify those responsible for the leaks. The company subsequently pursued additional legal requests involving other online platforms, according to media reports.

The earlier leaks included cropped images of an alleged game map showing locations named Dalton Island, Tequesta Retreat, Gloriana Key and Catalan Key. Another image purported to show the wider map. The footage also featured the character Jason Duval playing basketball, flying a plane, driving high-performance cars and confronting other characters.

Other clips appeared to show Jason using a security guard’s Taser, encountering an item called Zombix, visiting a strip club and exploring a location populated by nude non-player characters. Further footage depicted a nightclub, a video game store and a crowded beach.

In one sequence, Jason appears to steal a truck carrying fuel before crashing it. In another, the player shoots the word “LEEK” into a wall, apparently referencing the Cyberleek account.

The leaked material has circulated ahead of the game’s planned release. However, the footage has not been independently authenticated in every instance, and details shown in unofficial clips should not be treated as confirmation of the final game’s features.

Rockstar Games has not publicly confirmed every detail appearing in the leaked footage. The leaks have raised concerns about the unauthorised distribution of material from the unreleased title.
