Harry and Meghan’s UK security arrangements to be reviewed

Prince Harry and his wife Meghan will have their security arrangements reviewed following their return to Britain with their children, according to ITV News.

The UK’s Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (RAVEC), which assesses security arrangements for high-profile individuals, has decided to review Harry’s security now that the family is living in Britain, ITV News reported on September 14.

The couple returned to Britain from California in August with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. They remain private individuals and are not working members of the royal family.

The security review follows concerns about the family’s arrangements after the children changed schools in September. A spokesperson for the couple said the decision was made after discussions with their security team about the practicalities of the arrangements.

Separately, a report published by Showbiz Cheat Sheet on October 12, citing anonymous sources quoted by RadarOnline, made claims about Meghan’s concerns for the children and the couple’s relationship. The report did not provide public evidence to substantiate those claims, and they have not been independently verified.
