Hila Klein files for divorce after alleged affair

Hila Klein has filed for divorce from her husband, YouTuber and podcast host Ethan Klein, following allegations of an extramarital affair that have reportedly brought their 14-year marriage to an end.

According to court documents, Hila submitted the divorce filing on October 13, 2026, citing the same date as their official separation. The couple married on October 10, 2012. The divorce filing was initially reported by TMZ.

Hila has hired prominent divorce attorney Laura Wasser to represent her in the proceedings. She is seeking joint custody of the couple’s three children, spousal support and reimbursement of her legal expenses. She has also requested that her maiden name be restored.

The legal proceedings follow Hila’s public allegations that Ethan had been unfaithful during their marriage.

In an emotional Instagram statement last Thursday, Hila described the situation as a nightmare and accused her husband of repeatedly lying to her over several months.

She said she had confronted Ethan about her suspicions but initially received dismissive responses. However, she later discovered what she described as evidence of dishonesty and decided to end their relationship.

Hila further alleged that Ethan eventually admitted to an affair that had continued for more than six months.

The controversy has also affected their professional relationship and the future of their popular H3 Podcast. The podcast’s team announced that it would no longer work with Ethan and publicly expressed support for Hila.

In its statement, the team said it stood with Hila and would support her throughout the difficult period.

Launched in 2016, the H3 Podcast has built a substantial online following, with more than 2.5 million subscribers on YouTube.

Ethan and Hila first met in 2007 and later became partners in both their personal and professional lives. They share three sons, Theodore, Bruce and Sunny.

Their reported separation has attracted considerable attention from fans, particularly because the couple had spent years building a joint online presence and business through their podcast and other digital projects.
