The 50-year-old Ted Lasso star shared his thoughts during a recent appearance on the Friends Keep Secrets podcast, where he reflected on how his priorities have shifted since the end of his long-term relationship.

Sudeikis said that dating multiple people does not appeal to him and feels “overwhelming” at this stage of his life. He explained that his focus remains firmly on his children, who he considers his top priority.

He added that any romantic partner in his life would naturally come after his role as a father, saying his children always come first in every situation.

The actor also spoke about the importance of emotional balance, noting that he needs to feel personally fulfilled before being able to contribute to a relationship in a healthy way.

Despite his cautious approach to dating, Sudeikis said he remains open to the idea of love and even the possibility of having more children in the future if the right relationship comes along.
