KOT ADDU HORROR: 3-Year-Old Arwa Raped in Chak TDA/571, FIR 368/26 Registered, Accused Caught Red-Handed; CM Maryam Nawaz Takes Notice, Child Battles For Life At Nishtar

LAHORE/KOT ADDU : In a harrowing incident that has shaken Kot Addu, a 3-year-old girl was subjected to sexual brutality in the jurisdiction of Thana City Chowk Server Shaheed, Kot Addu.

Minute Mirror has obtained the official *FIR No. 368/26 registered on 25-10-2026 at 08:45 PM under Section 376(iii) PPC* – rape of a minor.

*What FIR Says – Minute Mirror Investigation:*

According to FIR registered on Police Form 5-24, complainant Salar, resident of Chak No. TDA/568, Server Shaheed, stated that on 25-10-2026 at about 11:30 AM, his 3-year-old daughter was playing outside with other children near the street.

When she did not return, family started searching. After searching, near Chak No. TDA/571, about 1 KM east of TDA/568, they heard a child’s cry from a nearby katcha house.

When they peeped inside, they found accused present inside the room with the minor girl. Complainant alleged his daughter was sexually assaulted. He raised hue and cry, upon which locals gathered. Accused tried to flee from the spot but was caught.

*Police Action:*

SHO City Chowk Server Shaheed deputed SI/SSOIU Muhammad Aslam DG/522 along with ASI and C/346, LC/464 who reached spot. Accused was taken into custody and shifted to lockup.

Police also called PFSA team from DG Khan for forensic evidence collection and dispatched LC/464 with victim to THQ Hospital Server Shaheed for medico-legal examination.

Using CCTV footage dated 25-10-2026, 12:35 PM, Minute Mirror has confirmed police tracked movement and arrested accused within 2 hours of crime.

Accused is now in lockup. His lockup picture obtained by Minute Mirror.

*Medical Condition:*

Child was initially treated at THQ Hospital Kot Addu and later referred to Nishtar Hospital Multan in critical condition, where she is now battling for life. Medico-legal examination has confirmed sexual assault, hospital and police sources confirmed to Minute Mirror.

*Family Appeals to CM Maryam Nawaz:*

Bereaved family of innocent Arwa has appealed to high officials and Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif to ensure exemplary punishment and provide best medical care.

*CM Maryam Nawaz Takes Notice:*

Taking immediate notice, Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif shared accused’s lockup picture on X and wrote:

> “The accused was tracked using CCTV footage and arrested within 2 hours. Look at his age and look at the heinous act he has committed. Heartbreaking.”

*Police Official Stance:*

DPO Muzaffargarh said case is being investigated on priority, DNA samples have been preserved, PFSA report is awaited, and challan will be submitted with solid evidence for maximum punishment. No leniency will be shown in crimes against women and children.
