Police have arrested the accused, identified as Abbas, and seized the vehicle used in the incident. A case has also been registered following the alleged attack.
According to preliminary police findings, Abbas had a heated argument with his wife over a family matter at their residence. Following the dispute, the woman contacted her brother and left the house with him. The two were reportedly walking along a residential street when the alleged attack took place.
