Madonna will release a newly curated, 10-track edition of her greatest-hits compilation Celebration on December 11, featuring songs from the first 25 years of her career.

The collection will be available for the first time as a single LP, with tracks including “Hung Up”, “Music”, “Like a Prayer”, “4 Minutes”, “Holiday”, “Into the Groove”, “Vogue”, “La Isla Bonita”, “Material Girl” and “Frozen”.

The record will be pressed on translucent light-blue vinyl. A red-and-pink splatter edition will be sold exclusively through Madonna.com and Rhino.com. Both versions will include an 11-by-11-inch poster and are available for pre-order.

The original Celebration compilation was released in 2009 in several formats, including a 36-track collection. It sold four million copies worldwide and topped charts in several countries, according to the release announcement.

The new edition comes amid renewed interest in Madonna’s back catalogue. Her official announcement cited a 54 percent year-on-year increase in audio streams of her catalogue on Spotify, although it did not specify the period covered by the comparison.

Madonna made a surprise appearance with Sabrina Carpenter at the Coachella festival in April, where they performed their song “Bring Your Love” and “Like a Prayer”. In July, she performed “Music” during the halftime show at the FIFA World Cup final.

She also performed at the MTV Video Music Awards in September, her first appearance on the show’s stage in more than 20 years, according to her official website. The announcement said she received seven awards, including Artist of the Year and Best Album for Confessions II.
