British influencer and entrepreneur Molly-Mae Hague has said she is unhappy with her eating habits and wants to make healthier changes, adding that she worries about setting a poor example for her three-year-old daughter, Bambi.
Hague, who founded the fashion brand Maebe, discussed her diet in a YouTube vlog, saying she often snacks throughout the day instead of preparing proper meals.
“I haven’t had a proper, like, a meal,” she said, describing what she called a habit of eating small amounts of unhealthy food.
She said she had fallen into a pattern of telling herself that snacking was enough, even though she knew she wanted to eat more healthily.
“I don’t eat proper vegetables. I don’t eat proper nutrients. And I’m over it, to be honest,” Hague said. She attributed the habit to what she described as laziness and said she wanted to change her routine.
Hague also said she was concerned about the example her eating habits might set for Bambi. She shares her daughter and her four-month-old son, Midas, with boxer Tommy Fury.
The comments came as Hague discussed efforts to improve her lifestyle, saying she often woke up determined to make changes but struggled to follow through.
In the same vlog, she also revisited her former £3.8 million Cheshire home, which she said remained empty despite receiving rental offers.
