– *Jalozai Housing Scheme, KP*

The five notices carry a final warning that *no leniency will be shown in case of any delay, non-compliance, concealment of facts or misrepresentation* and immediate prosecution and legal proceedings under NAB laws will be initiated against the concerned individuals and bureaucrats.

– *In March 2026,* the Peshawar High Court had directed NAB not to harass Dr. Amjad in a similar assets case and disposed of his writ petition.
– *In July 2025,* NAB had also summoned him on the same charge and asked him to submit Assets Declaration Form (Annexure-A), Questionnaire (Annexure-B) and Annual Assets Forms and Income Tax Returns from 2013 onwards.
– *In August 2026,* the Election Commission of Pakistan had *rejected as unproven and dismissed* a disqualification petition against him for concealing assets. The petition was filed by former MPA Azizullah Gran.
– *On October 9, 2026,* reports emerged of his alleged abduction by unknown persons from his Hujra in Swat.

Dr. Amjad Ali, belonging to Swat, is a senior and ideological leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). He is currently serving as Special Assistant to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sardar Ali Amin Khan Gandapur for Housing and is Chairman of the 41st Board of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority. During his tenure, he approved allotment of 500 plots for families of martyrs and projects including the Hayatabad High-Rise Project.
