The Pakistan High Commission in London has launched a community outreach initiative to bring essential consular services closer to the Pakistani community across the United Kingdom, following the directions of High Commissioner Tipu Usman.
Under the initiative, special outreach camps will be held in Slough on Saturday, 7 November, and Woking on 8 November, enabling members of the community to access a range of services without travelling to Central London.
The Slough camp will provide assistance with NICOP issuance and renewal, other NADRA services, guidance on NADRA applications and identity documents, Powers of Attorney, document attestation, and matters relating to the Punjab Land Records Authority.
The Woking camp will offer the same consular facilities, along with free legal assistance for members of the Pakistani community.
Legal experts will provide professional advice on family, property and other civil matters, allowing individuals to seek guidance on a range of legal issues. However, the free legal service will not cover immigration-related matters.
The closing time of the camps will depend on the number of applicants attending.
The Pakistan High Commission has said that senior citizens and persons with disabilities will be given priority. Payments for services carrying an official fee will be accepted only through debit or credit cards.
