Salman Khan addresses Bigg Boss 20 casting criticism

Salman Khan has responded to the criticism surrounding the contestant line-up of Bigg Boss 20, after viewers described the current season as disappointing and “boring” due to the absence of several highly recognisable names.

The Bollywood superstar addressed the topic during the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode, where he appeared to make a sarcastic remark about the selection process while interacting with the contestants. His comments came after fans raised concerns about the lack of major celebrities in this year’s line-up.

During the episode, Salman spoke to actress Amrapali Dubey and asked whether she believed anything was missing inside the Bigg Boss house. Amrapali replied that she did not think anything was lacking.

Salman then jokingly suggested that the makers had tried to carefully select the contestants but admitted that their choices could sometimes fall short of expectations. His sarcastic response appeared to reference the criticism being directed at the season’s casting.

The Tiger actor continued his remarks by taking another playful dig at the housemates. He highlighted several aspects of their behaviour, including their contribution to the show, emotional moments, task performances, rule violations and arguments.
