She also expressed confidence that her father would not face legal consequences without sufficient evidence. According to Samantha, the stories circulating about Thomas were unreliable, and she maintained that he had neither access to the alleged content nor the opportunity to obtain it.

“There will be no legal action against my dad with no evidence in so many flimsy stories,” she stated.

Samantha further argued that Thomas had spent much of the relevant period in hospital, suggesting that his circumstances did not support the claims being circulated.
