South Africa’s Minister of Sport, Arts and Culture, Gayton McKenzie expressed his condolences describing Adams death as a tragic loss.
He said South African football had lost one of its brightest young talents and that the entire nation stands with his family, teammates and supporters during this difficult time.
McKenzie also noted that the cause of Adams death has not yet been disclosed urging the media and the public to avoid speculation and respect the privacy of his family and club.
