Taylor Swift shares ‘Patient Zero’ BTS moment with Travis Kelce

Travis Kelce has shown his support for Taylor Swift in a heartwarming behind-the-scenes moment from the filming of her music video for Patient Zero. The American football star was seen standing beside the singer as she directed the project, offering fans a glimpse into their relationship and her creative work.

A video shared by Spotify on Tuesday captured Kelce smiling warmly while placing his hands on Swift’s arms. The singer was sitting in her director’s chair, leaning back as she watched the production unfold. Although she appeared tired after overseeing the shoot, she also seemed satisfied with the work being done.

The couple’s coordinated outfits added to the sweet moment. Both wore off-white sweaters, while Kelce completed his casual look with a baseball cap. Their relaxed appearance highlighted a comfortable side of their relationship as they spent time together on the music video set.

Other behind-the-scenes clips showed Swift stepping away from her directing duties to appear in front of the camera. The singer took part in the filming herself, demonstrating her involvement in different aspects of the production.

The music video also features actress Dakota Johnson, one of Swift’s friends, alongside actor Colin Farrell. Their involvement has added further interest to the project, bringing together several well-known names from the entertainment industry.

Taylor Swift’s music video sparks interest

Swift’s Patient Zero music video has attracted attention because of reports suggesting that its story draws inspiration from her past relationship with British actor Joe Alwyn.

Swift and Alwyn dated for approximately six years before their relationship ended in 2023. Although the singer has often kept details of her personal life private, her relationships have remained a subject of public interest, particularly when fans look for possible connections between her music and real-life experiences.

However, the reported inspiration behind the video has not necessarily established that every part of its story directly reflects Swift’s previous relationship. The project has nevertheless encouraged fans to discuss its possible meaning and the experiences that may have influenced its creative direction.

Swift has built a reputation for incorporating personal experiences and emotions into her songwriting. Her music videos also frequently feature visual storytelling, giving audiences additional details to consider when interpreting her work.

How Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship began

Swift and Kelce’s relationship began following her split from Alwyn. Their connection first attracted widespread attention in 2023, when Kelce revealed that he had attended one of Swift’s concerts in Kansas City and had hoped to give her a friendship bracelet containing his phone number.

The football player later explained that he had been unsuccessful in getting the bracelet to Swift during the concert. His comments quickly became a talking point among fans, helping spark interest in the possibility of a connection between the two stars.

Their relationship subsequently developed, with both attracting attention for their appearances and public support for one another. Swift was frequently seen attending Kansas City Chiefs games, while Kelce became a familiar presence in conversations surrounding the singer’s personal life.

In July 2025, Kelce shared previously unseen photographs of the couple on Instagram, offering followers a more personal glimpse into their relationship. The pictures attracted considerable attention and gave fans another reason to celebrate their romance.

From romance to marriage

In August 2025, Swift and Kelce announced their engagement through a joint social media post dated August 26.

The announcement featured photographs of Kelce’s romantic proposal in a flower-filled backyard. The couple accompanied the pictures with a playful caption describing themselves as an English teacher and a gym teacher getting married.

The announcement quickly became a major talking point among their supporters, with fans celebrating the couple’s next step together.

The pair later reportedly celebrated their wedding in July at New York’s Madison Square Garden, with the ceremony described as a lavish event attended by celebrities.

A digital marquee displayed the words “JUST&T Married,” creating a playful reference to the couple’s engagement announcement.

Meanwhile, Kelce’s appearance alongside Swift during the Patient Zero music video shoot has offered another glimpse into their relationship. As Swift continues working on her creative projects, Kelce’s presence highlights the support they appear to share both in their professional surroundings and in their personal lives.
