According to police officials, four friends had driven their vehicle into the river to record a video and capture adventurous footage for social media. During the filming, the water level and current suddenly became stronger, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle.

Within moments, the vehicle started drifting downstream in the fast-flowing river, creating panic among the occupants and nearby tourists who witnessed the incident.

Rescue teams were immediately alerted and rushed to the scene. The rescuers launched a timely operation and successfully rescued all four young men from the river without any loss of life.

Police officials said the quick response by rescue personnel prevented a major tragedy in the popular tourist area.

According to DSP Sadaqat Khan, efforts are continuing to recover the vehicle that was swept away by the river. Heavy machinery and rescue equipment are being used as part of the ongoing operation.

Authorities have once again urged tourists and visitors to avoid entering rivers and streams for photography, video recording, or recreational activities, especially during the summer season when water currents can become extremely dangerous and unpredictable.
