What to do when the gas supply stops

During winter taking a bath can become difficult when the weather is cold. While some households heat water on a stove others rely on gas geysers for hot water.

However gas shortages and low pressure in Pakistan can make it difficult for geysers to heat water properly. Sometimes the gas supply is so weak that the appliance stops working.

Although this situation can be frustrating making changes to a geyser’s safety system is not a safe solution.

Why does a geyser stop working at low gas pressure?

Gas geysers need a suitable gas supply to heat water properly. When the pressure drops the burner may not work correctly or may fail to ignite.
