Three people are set to build an entire company live on camera, with no script and an AI agent, Grok Bot, serving as their only employee.
Beginning September 15, SpaceXAI will host a three-day event called Grok Bot Galaxy, taking place daily from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time at The Howard in San Francisco, alongside a livestream for remote viewers.
Three SpaceXAI staffers — Matt Palmer, Lauren Tan and Roshan Sadanani — will start with a blank whiteboard and build the company from scratch.
The first day will feature an introduction to Grok Bot, engineering work, product decisions and a founder-focused session. Day two will shift towards commercial operations, including sales engineering, sales development representative (SDR) workflows and customer support.
The third day will focus on marketing operations and post-sale follow-up.
Each day will include department-specific deep dives, allowing viewers to see how the same AI agent performs different tasks — from writing a sales pitch to debugging backend code.
The livestream comes three weeks after SpaceX reportedly closed a $60 billion acquisition of AI coding startup Cursor and about a month after the company launched Grok 4.6.
Cursor reportedly helped guide the development of the model using trillions of tokens of its own coding data, marking the first time Cursor’s data was used in a model designed to perform tasks beyond pure software engineering.
