The first round of the Bowlers Development Camp has concluded at the National Cricket Academy (NCA), where fast bowlers focused on improving their skills and techniques under the supervision of NCA and national coaches.

LAHORE: The first round of the Bowlers Development Camp has concluded at the National Cricket Academy (NCA), where fast bowlers focused on improving their skills and techniques under the supervision of NCA and national coaches.

White-ball assistant coach Ashley Nofke paid special attention to the bowlers and worked with them on their techniques during the training camp, which was held from August 24 to August 28.

White-ball head coach Mike Hesson joined the camp on its final day and closely observed the techniques of the emerging pacers. He also guided the bowlers and shared useful tips with them.

Director High Performance Aqib Javed also met the players on the final day of the training camp and interacted with the bowlers.

Abuzar from the Peshawar region was awarded the camp’s best bowler, while Razaullah was also recognised as one of the standout performers of the camp.

The second round of the Bowlers Development Camp will focus on spin bowling, with eight spinners scheduled to undergo training at the National Cricket Academy from August 31 to September 4.
