KARACHI: The initial medical examination report of a mother and her three children who were found murdered inside their home in Karachi’s Surjani Town has revealed important details about the tragic incident.
According to Police Surgeon Dr. Samia the deceased victims suffered multiple severe injuries to their heads. The nature and extent of the injuries suggest that the victims were subjected to serious physical violence before their deaths.
The incident took place in the 7-D area of Surjani Town where a mother and her three children were allegedly brutally killed inside their house. Police have launched an investigation and are examining the case from several different angles to determine the circumstances surrounding the deaths.
