Kylie Jenner’s $15m dream mansion finally nears completion

Kylie Jenner is preparing to move into her $15 million Calabasas mansion after six years of renovations, with new aerial images revealing the scale of the sprawling property.

The 29-year-old beauty mogul purchased the estate from singer Miley Cyrus in 2020. Since then, the property has undergone extensive construction and landscaping. Recent images suggest that the long-awaited project is finally nearing completion, with most outdoor work finished and only a few construction vehicles remaining on site.

Jenner previously gave fans a glimpse of the property in a YouTube video, describing it as her “dream home” and her beautiful Italian-inspired residence. She also shared footage of herself visiting the construction site to review the latest developments and approve design details.

The mansion features an impressive entrance paved with reclaimed cobblestones and surrounded by olive trees and lavender. Jenner reportedly spent around $500,000 on olive trees to enhance the property’s landscape. She also revealed that some of the trees came from her sister Kendall Jenner’s property, making the addition particularly meaningful to her.

The estate is expected to include 15 bedrooms, a sports court, a huge swimming pool and an underground garage with space for 12 vehicles. The approximately 30,000-square-foot modern farmhouse has been designed by renowned Canadian architect Richard Landry and sits on a four-acre plot.

Once the property is ready, Jenner is expected to live there with her two children, Stormi and Aire, whom she shares with rapper Travis Scott.

The reality television star currently lives in another luxury property in the nearby Hidden Hills area, reportedly worth $36 million.

Jenner has occasionally shared updates about the construction, including glimpses of a marble shower and a newly designed laundry room. Her latest updates have renewed interest in the mansion, which has taken six years to complete.

Meanwhile, the businesswoman continues to make headlines through her fashion and beauty ventures. She recently appeared at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show wearing the brand’s Fantasy Bra, describing the experience as a moment she would never forget.
