Across four days, the Fashion Week will present 43 shows and more than 50 designers and brands, including established fashion houses, independent designers, contemporary and high-street labels, manufacturing and retail-ready brands, and emerging talent.

SHOW 1: LFW PRESENTS – STARRY NIGHT
LAAM Fashion Week Season 2 opened with LFW Presents: Starry Night, a collective showcase bringing together designers from across the season, with each presenting a singular look inspired by the night sky at its most alluring.
Built around a palette of deep midnight blues, inky blacks, rich charcoals and deep purples, punctuated by crisp whites reminiscent of starlight, Starry Night set the visual tone for the opening of Season 2. Crystals, sequins and metallic surfaces caught the runway light, bringing together glamour, drama and evening opulence in a show conceived around grand entrances and the magic of the night.
The showcase brought together 22 designers and fashion houses:
Hussain Rehar, HSY, Karma, Nickie Nina, Deepak Perwani, Mahgul, Wardha Saleem, Sublime by Sara, Zaheer Abbas, Zainab Chottani, The Pink Tree Company, Faiza Samee, Khaadi, Emraan Rajput, Sania Maskatiya, Meeras by Neelofer Shahid, Mehdi, Mo by Mohsin Tawasuli, Fahad Hussayn, Muse, Waniya by Meher Azam and Kamiar Rokni.
Rather than presenting complete collections, Starry Night brought these different design voices together through a single shared creative proposition, creating an opening tableau that moved across aesthetics, generations and interpretations while retaining one cohesive visual language.
SHOW 2: THE LFW HOT LIST
The second show of Day 1 turned the focus towards Pakistan’s next generation of fashion talent through The LFW Hot List.
Presented this season in partnership with the Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design (PIFD), The LFW Hot List is designed to bridge academia and industry, giving young designers the opportunity to move their work from the classroom onto a professional Fashion Week runway.
Beyond showcasing their creativity, the platform gives emerging designers first-hand exposure to Fashion Week production, presentation and the wider professional fashion ecosystem, creating a pathway towards future industry opportunities.
Season 2 features ten capsule collections by emerging designers from PIFD:
Sarah Kamran – The Insect of Madonna
Komal Asif – Mechanica
Hadeeqa Khalid – Dragons
Mahnoor Ijaz – Mol: The Daughter’s Worth
Raonaq Rabnawaz Maken – Amused to Death
Namra Fatima – Nocturnal Bloom
Muhammad Badar – Rustem e Punjab
Momina Kashif – Aks Dar Aks
Alishbah Javed – Autism Inside Her Spectrum
Zainab Fatima – The Anatomy of Discomfort
Moving across highly individual concepts, the ten collections reflected a diverse range of emerging creative perspectives, underscoring the Hot List’s role as a space for experimentation, new storytelling and the development of Pakistan’s future fashion voices.
SHOW 3: DESIGNER SHOW
The Designer Showcase brought together four distinct fashion houses, moving across exuberant contemporary craft, heritage-inspired occasion wear and menswear rooted in legacy.
SANIA MASKATIYA – LALEH
The Designer Show opened with Sania Maskatiya, who returned to the Lahore runway with LALEH, an exuberant collection celebrating colour, craftsmanship and the joy of dressing up.
Drawing on the defining codes of the Sania Maskatiya design language, LALEH brought together painterly prints, expressive colour, playful layering and intricate heritage craftsmanship. Time-honoured gota techniques were reinterpreted through contemporary silhouettes, creating a collection that remained rooted in traditional craftsmanship while feeling instinctively modern.
Unrestrained in spirit and rich in detail, the collection moved confidently between exuberance and elegance. Bold colour, intricate embellishment and unexpected combinations created a runway language that embraced fashion at its most expressive while retaining the refinement and craftsmanship associated with the house.
The runway styling was completed with shoes by Charles & Keith and jewellery by Embellish by Saigals and Shop Local Jewels.
SAIRA RIZWAN – THE ART OF HERITAGE
Saira Rizwan presented The Art of Heritage, a collection rooted in the grandeur of Mughal artistry and the richness of South Asian tradition, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.
Intricate garden scenes, vintage botanical motifs and symmetrical architectural patterns came together across a palette of deep burgundy, rust, antique gold, teal and fuchsia, creating a rich visual dialogue between history and modern occasion wear.
Traditional silhouettes were reconsidered through modern proportions and construction, moving from elongated open-front jackets and sculpted bodices to flared peplum shirts and voluminous tiered ghararas. Antique-gold embroidery, delicate sequins, ornamental borders and metallic accents added depth and opulence throughout the collection.
Balancing the familiar with the unexpected, The Art of Heritage approached tradition not as something static or preserved in time, but as an evolving design language: one capable of being restructured and reinterpreted for a new generation.
MIHHA
MIHHA presented her 2026 Exclusive Collection as part of her LFW debut ramp showcase.
DEEPAK PERWANI – LEGACY
Deepak Perwani presented LEGACY, a menswear collection rooted in traditions of heritage, inheritance and regal elegance.
Inspired by the grandeur of the Maharajas and the cultural heritage carried through generations, the collection explored a world in which tradition meets timeless sophistication.
Impeccably tailored menswear formed the foundation of the showcase, conceived for the gentleman who honours tradition with confidence while approaching it through an effortless contemporary sensibility.
LEGACY served as a tribute to Deepak Perwani’s longstanding design language and craftsmanship, reflecting on the idea that legacy is not simply inherited but continually expressed through vision, artistry and design.
SHOW 4: LFW BY INVITE ONLY – MEERAS BY NILOFER SHAHID
Day 1 concluded with LFW By Invite Only, featuring Meeras by Nilofer Shahid in a specially curated presentation exploring Pakistan’s sartorial journey through the lens of colonialism, identity and reclamation.
The showcase unfolded through distinct historical chapters, beginning with the Nawab Era, drawing on Mughal and Sikh Lahore and a world of layered, richly worked dress.
Ghararas, peshwaz, jama-inspired tunics, churidars and long shirts with shalwars referenced a pre-colonial vocabulary of dress, expressed through emerald, ruby, sapphire, gold and ivory alongside vivid Punjabi hues.
The narrative then moved into the colonial period, where the fluidity and richness of indigenous dress gave way to more structured forms. Jackets, trousers, high collars, puffed sleeves, gowns and capes reflected the influence of European silhouettes and ideas of discipline and imposed modesty. The palette became deliberately restrained through regimental reds, navy, black, khaki and stiff ivory.
From there, the presentation moved through post-colonial Pakistan, tracing the evolution of dress across subsequent decades. Flowing ghararas, chiffon saris, maxi dresses, flared trousers and long kameezes reflected changing attitudes towards identity and modernity, while palettes moved from the soft pastels of the 1950s through the expressive prints and earthy tones of the 1970s and the more restrained monochromes associated with the 1980s.
The final chapter arrived at Modern Pakistan, where the histories preceding it were reclaimed and recombined with contemporary design. Stylised saris, ghararas, trousers and jeans paired with embellished jackets, corsets and asymmetric forms represented a more confident fashion identity in which heritage and modern expression no longer exist in opposition.
Whites and pastels returned alongside jewel tones, metallics and black, closing the journey with a visual language of confidence and reclamation.
Through the presentation, Meeras by Nilofer Shahid approached Pakistani dress as a living archive, tracing the ways clothing has absorbed histories of power, cultural change and social identity before arriving at a contemporary moment in which those histories can be consciously reinterpreted.
With the conclusion of LFW By Invite Only, Day 1 of LAAM Fashion Week Season 2 came to a close, setting the stage for three further days of designer showcases, high-street and retail fashion, emerging talent and digitally connected runway experiences.
LAAM Fashion Week Season 2 continues through Monday, 26th October 2026.
