*PART 1: DHA PHASE 6 RACING HORROR – 3 Friends Killed*
*Incident:* Early Thursday, 1:30 AM, DHA Phase 6 Main Boulevard. A speeding car carrying four friends racing at over 150 km/h suffered tyre burst, hit railing and crashed into a tree.
*Deceased:* Abdul Hannan (24), Mustafa (28), Faizan (22). One injured under treatment at Jinnah Hospital.
*Police Action:* Wrecked car seized, CCTV being checked for second racing car. FIR under rash driving being registered.
*CTO Syed Abdul Rahim Sherazi:*
> “We have zero tolerance for illegal racing. Special squads formed for DHA, Gulberg, Cantt. Parents must not give high-powered vehicles to youngsters. Safe City cameras being used to trace racing groups.”

*What Happened:* A family car *No. DX-436* was standing at a red traffic signal. A speeding *22-wheeler trailer TLX/526* loaded with cement bags, allegedly driven recklessly, rammed from behind and *completely crushed the car like paper* and climbed over it.
*Victims Wiped Out:*
– *Muhammad Asim*
– *His wife Huma Asim*
– *Their son Talha Asim (14 years old)*
All residents of Shah Jamal, Ichhra, Lahore.
*The sole survivor son, Muhammad Bin Asim*, filed the complaint at Garhi Shahu Police Station.
*Rescue 1122 Statement:*
> “The car was flattened. We had to use cranes and cutters to recover bodies. The trailer was excessively heavy due to cement load.”

> “Our car was standing at the signal when the speeding trailer crushed it. We lost our whole family in seconds.”

> “This is not just an accident, this is a failure of our criminal justice system. Three lives lost, family wiped out, and law applies Section 279, 427 and 322 PPC which are bailable. This is a cruel joke and a license to kill. Section 279 is colonial-era, needs to be non-bailable with 7 years punishment for heavy vehicles. We need Vehicular Homicide law, owner liability, permanent cancellation of HTV license.”
