The case was registered at Defence C Police Station following complaints filed by the two women. A total of five suspects, including the principal accused, Muhammad Raza Dar have been named in the FIR.
The complainants are citizens of the Netherlands and Venezuela. They alleged that the suspects demanded money in exchange for their release. Police have launched an investigation stating that the allegations are being examined from multiple angles.
According to the FIR, Raza Dar first met the women in Singapore in October 2025 and invited them to visit Pakistan. The complaint alleges that he arranged their visas and invited them to the country. The women stated that after arriving in Pakistan on June 29, 2026, they were allegedly abducted by Raza Dar and three other accomplices.
According to their statements, the suspects repeatedly sexually assaulted them. They further alleged that Raza Dar pretended to be a victim himself while the group continued pressuring them to hand over money.
The FIR also states that the women alleged the suspects threatened to torture and kill them and even threatened to sell their organs if they refused to pay the demanded ransom. The complainants have urged authorities to immediately arrest all five suspects alleging that money was forcibly taken from them.
