KARACHI: Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) leader Pir Ali Muhammad has urged party workers to maintain unity, discipline and close coordination with the leadership while focusing on strengthening the party’s organisational structure at the grassroots level.

According to a press release issued on Sunday, Pir Ali Muhammad has continued to hold meetings with party workers and attend organisational gatherings to discuss party affairs and review matters concerning local representatives.

During his recent interactions with workers, the PML-F leader appreciated their continued loyalty, commitment and efforts for the party. He said the active participation of workers remained essential for strengthening the organisation and expanding its presence among the people.

Pir Ali stressed the importance of maintaining regular communication between the party leadership and workers at the local level. He said greater coordination and consultation could help identify organisational weaknesses, resolve differences and address issues faced by party workers in their respective areas.

He maintained that workers should have opportunities to openly raise concerns and discuss matters related to the party’s organisational activities. According to him, regular engagement between the leadership and workers would contribute to better understanding and help the party respond more effectively to issues emerging at the grassroots level.

Pir Ali Muhammad also urged workers to continue serving the public while following the principles, policies and discipline of the party. He said political organisations could only progress when their leadership and workers worked together with a shared sense of responsibility.
