Maryam Nawaz will personally inaugurate Schools of Eminence in each division, highlighting the government’s commitment to strengthening the public education system.
Rana Sikandar Hayat said the overwhelming response from parents reflects growing confidence in the project. More than 71,000 students applied for admission to 65 Schools of Eminence, creating intense competition for available seats. Many applicants have already been placed on waiting lists due to the high demand.

The Schools of Eminence have been developed according to international education standards and aim to provide quality learning opportunities for students from middle-income families while also attracting interest from higher-income households.
The minister said admissions were granted strictly on merit to ensure transparency and equal opportunity for deserving students.
