Senior Legal Adviser LDA Sahabzada Muzaffar Ali Presents Book “LDA Laws and Regulations 2026” to IHC Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar

ISLAMABAD / LAHORE : In a moment of pride and honour for the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Senior Legal Adviser and Advocate Supreme Court *Sahabzada Muzaffar Ali* presented his recently launched book *”LDA Laws and Regulations 2026″* to the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court, Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar*.

The meeting took place at the Islamabad High Court, where the Chief Justice graciously received the book and appreciated this professional and academic endeavour.

Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar commended the effort to compile all relevant LDA laws and regulations in a single comprehensive volume. He observed that the book would prove highly beneficial for all those dealing with the Lahore Development Authority, particularly Honourable Judges, members of the legal fraternity, and other stakeholders including developers, town planners and litigants.

He termed the compilation a valuable addition to legal literature and a practical guide for courts.

The book *”LDA Laws and Regulations 2026″* is being regarded as the first of its kind comprehensive codification of LDA-related legal framework.

– LDA Land Use Rules, Building & Zoning Regulations
– Private Housing Schemes Rules & Regulations
– LDA Commercialization Regulations
– LDA Master Plan and relevant judicial precedents
– Important judgments of the Supreme Court, Lahore High Court and other superior courts relating to LDA

For decades, lawyers and officers had to consult scattered notifications, SROs and case law. Sahabzada Muzaffar Ali, who has been serving as Senior Legal Adviser LDA for several years and has represented the Authority in thousands of cases, has compiled it into one ready-reference.
