Time for decisive action against terrorism dens inside Afghanistan

Pakistan is facing a critical security challenge, and the recent press conference by DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has once again highlighted the sacrifices being made by Pakistan’s Armed Forces, law enforcement agencies and civilians in the fight against terrorism.

Every drop of blood shed by Pakistan’s soldiers in defence of the homeland reflects their unwavering commitment to protecting the nation. According to the briefing by the DG ISPR, recent terrorist incidents in Balochistan reflect a coordinated campaign aimed at disturbing Pakistan’s peace, stability and development. Pakistan has repeatedly raised concerns about terrorist networks operating from across the border, and any use of foreign territory for attacks against Pakistan must be addressed with seriousness and determination.
