Anne Hathaway has once again turned heads with her maternity style while promoting her upcoming thriller Verity in New York City.

The 43-year-old actress attended a press event on Friday, September 18, wearing a striking red short-sleeved dress. The outfit featured playful lettuce-style detailing around the waist and hem, drawing attention to her growing baby bump.

Hathaway completed the look with heeled Aquazzura sandals and black sunglasses. She wore her brunette hair parted in the middle and styled in soft waves.

The latest appearance came a day after Hathaway stepped out in another maternity-inspired look in New York. She wore a fitted black knitted halter dress that highlighted her baby bump. She paired the outfit with several rings and a black handbag.

The actress has maintained a busy schedule in recent months despite her pregnancy. She attended several major film events during the summer, including premieres for The Odyssey in July and The End of Oak Street in August.

Her latest public appearance comes as she promotes Verity, which is scheduled to hit theatres on October 2. The film is based on Colleen Hoover’s 2018 thriller novel and features Dakota Johnson and Josh Hartnett alongside Hathaway.

Verity follows Lowen Ashleigh, a struggling writer played by Johnson, who is offered an opportunity to finish a bestselling thriller series. She takes over the work of injured author Verity Crawford, portrayed by Hathaway.

However, Lowen soon discovers an unfinished manuscript containing disturbing revelations about Verity. The discovery draws her deeper into a series of secrets and unsettling events.

Hathaway announced in June that she and her husband, Adam Shulman, were expecting their third child. She shared the news on Instagram on June 19 through a video featuring Barbara Lewis’ song Baby, I’m Yours.
