Beer discussed the engagement during a recent Twitch livestream, describing herself as “really lucky” to have found the relationship she had hoped for.
“It was amazing. I don’t really know what to say other than I’m really, really excited and I feel really lucky to be marrying such an incredible person, and I can’t believe it,” Beer said.

She said Herbert proposed on July 26, exactly one year after he had asked her to be his girlfriend. The couple announced their engagement publicly two days later.
“So last July 26, he asked me to be his girlfriend and this one he asked me to be his wife,” Beer said.
“Very cute. My heart can’t take it. Honestly, it makes me want to cry whenever I talk about it. But it was on our one-year anniversary of being official. We had been together, obviously, before he asked me to be his girlfriend, but it was on our official one-year anniversary.”
Herbert has also spoken about the relationship during an interview with SiriusXM NFL Radio, saying Beer had changed his life and that he was looking forward to spending his life with her.
“It’s hard to explain. It’s been so incredible, and she’s changed my life. It’s something I never thought was possible,” Herbert said.
“It’s so awesome to find your person and to be able to spend your life with them. I’m excited and just can’t wait. She’s the best.”
Beer and Herbert made their relationship public in 2025 and announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post on July 28.
