Toronto Maple Leafs’ Max Domi has revealed his engagement to girlfriend Estelle Phillips after a 10-year relationship.

Toronto Maple Leafs’ Max Domi has revealed his engagement to girlfriend Estelle Phillips after a 10-year relationship.

Domi shared the news on social media over the weekend, posting a photograph of Phillips showing off her engagement ring.

“I love you so much,” Domi wrote. Another photograph showed the couple embracing while petting their dog, Orion.

Phillips, a makeup artist, also shared proposal photographs, writing: “Best birthday ever.”

Several athletes congratulated the couple on their new beginnings, including former Maple Leaf Mitch Marner, New York Islanders centre Bo Horvat and San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey.

Domi’s father, former Maple Leafs enforcer Tie Domi, also celebrated the engagement with a wish to the couple.

“Ten years of memories, laughter, challenges, growth, and choosing each other have brought you to this beautiful moment,” he wrote.

“It feels like just yesterday you were my little boy, and now I get to watch you build a life and future with the woman you love.”

The engagement comes as Domi continues recovering from complications following off-season surgery for an undisclosed issue.

The Maple Leafs previously said Domi had played through an injury last season and is expected to miss the start of Toronto’s 2026-27 season, which begins on September 29.
