Michael Johnston has addressed growing speculation about a possible sequel to Obsession, saying that while he would happily return to the franchise, there are currently no plans to continue the story.

The actor, who portrayed Bear in the psychological horror thriller, reflected on the film’s unexpected popularity during a recent interview. As Obsession continues to attract attention following its theatrical release, many fans have wondered whether the story could return with another installment.

Johnston acknowledged that the film’s success has opened the door to endless possibilities, but he emphasized that discussions about a sequel have not taken place.

He shared that he would be excited to revisit the world of Obsession if the opportunity ever arose, adding that the film’s mysterious setting allows for countless storytelling possibilities.
