The Iranian delegation will be led by Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi. They will represent Iran in the discussions.
The United States delegation will include Vice President J.D. Vance. Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner will also be part of the American team. Two US officials are already present in Zurich.
According to the Foreign Office of Pakistan, the technical-level talks will focus on the implementation of a memorandum of understanding. The discussions will cover how agreements can be put into practice.
Officials from Qatar are also expected to join the negotiations. Their role will be to support diplomatic coordination during the process.
