LAHORE: The Punjab government has ordered a major administrative reshuffle involving 13 senior officers, including several Additional Deputy Commissioners (ADCs), with transfers and new postings made across various districts of the province.
According to a notification issued by the Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD), Government of Punjab, the transfers and postings have been made by order of the Governor of Punjab and signed by Chief Secretary Punjab Zahid Akhtar Zaman.

The notification states that all appointments will take effect immediately and remain in force until further orders.
Among the major changes, Muhammad Atif, a PMS officer of BS-18 serving as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Municipal Services) Sargodha, has been transferred and directed to report to S&GAD. He has also been relieved of his additional responsibilities as Managing Director of the Suthra Punjab Authority and Chief Executive Officer of the Sargodha Waste Management Company.

Muhammad Akmal, a PMS officer of BS-17 and currently serving as an Officer on Special Duty (OSD), has been posted as ADC (Municipal Services) Sargodha. He will also hold the additional charges of Managing Director Suthra Punjab Authority Sargodha and CEO Sargodha Waste Management Company.
Tauseef Hassan, another PMS officer of BS-17 serving as OSD, has been appointed ADC (Headquarters) Sheikhupura. The posting relieves Ms Ambreen Chaudhry of the additional charge of the position.
In Jhang, Rab Nawaz, PMS BS-17 and OSD, has been posted as ADC (Enforcement). He will also perform the duties of ADC (Headquarters) Jhang as an additional charge.

Meanwhile, Farhan Mujtaba, PMS BS-18 and serving as Director of the Multan Development Authority, has been transferred and posted as ADC (Municipal Services) Multan.
Bilawal Ali, PMS BS-18 and ADC (Enforcement) Hafizabad, has been assigned the additional charge of ADC (Social Services) Hafizabad.
Asif Iqbal, PMS BS-18 and ADC (Social Services) Sialkot, has also been given the additional responsibility of Chief Executive Officer of the Sialkot Waste Management Company.
The reshuffle also includes changes in Faisalabad and Toba Tek Singh. Ms Sarah Zainab, a PAS officer of BS-18 and ADC (Headquarters) Faisalabad, has been transferred and posted as ADC (Social Services) Toba Tek Singh.
Adil Umar, PMS BS-17 and OSD, has been appointed ADC (Headquarters) Faisalabad.
Rizwan Mehmood, PMS BS-17 and Deputy Director (Vigilance and Enforcement) at the Gujranwala Development Authority, has been transferred and directed to report to S&GAD.
The latest reshuffle covers municipal services, enforcement, social services and district administration responsibilities across Punjab. Several officers have also been assigned additional charges linked to waste management companies and the Suthra Punjab initiative.
The transfers are part of the provincial government’s continuing administrative adjustments, with the latest postings placing new officers in key district-level positions responsible for municipal management, enforcement, social services and development-related functions.
