LONDON: Fresh reports have reignited interest in the private reunion between King Charles III and Prince Harry’s family after new claims surfaced about what allegedly took place during the closely guarded meeting at Highgrove House.

According to media reports, King Charles personally arranged the gathering at short notice, with all attendees—including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle—asked to keep the meeting strictly confidential. The reunion was reportedly intended to remain a private family occasion.

Royal author Christopher Andersen has claimed that the meeting was not entirely warm from Meghan Markle’s perspective, suggesting that lingering tensions from past disputes may have affected the atmosphere. He also said Meghan remains committed to her life in Montecito, California, and is not seeking any return to official royal duties.

Reports indicate that one of the King’s main reasons for hosting the reunion was to spend time with his grandchildren, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
