Indian actor Akshay Kumar’s production company has issued a strong legal warning amid the ongoing dispute over the rights to the highly anticipated film “Hera Pheri 3”, asserting that it is the sole and exclusive owner of  all rights associated with the project.

According to reports, the production company published a public legal notice in a leading film industry journal, cautioning all stakeholders in the entertainment business against entering into any agreements with third parties claiming ownership or control over the film’s rights. The notice emphasized that no individual or organization should engage in any transaction related to Hera Pheri 3 without obtaining prior written authorization from the company.

In the legal notice, the production house stated that it holds the exclusive global rights to the film, including its production, distribution, marketing, commercial exploitation, licensing, and all other related intellectual property rights. The company maintained that it is the only legitimate entity authorized to manage or grant permissions concerning the project.

The notice further warned that any person, company, or organization choosing to negotiate or sign agreements with any third party claiming rights to Hera Pheri 3 would do so entirely at their own risk. The production company stressed that it reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against anyone found violating or disregarding its claimed ownership rights.

The public warning was specifically addressed to a wide range of industry stakeholders, including film distributors, cinema exhibitors, OTT streaming platforms, television broadcasters, digital content platforms, advertising agencies, licensing partners, and other businesses associated with the film industry. By issuing the notice publicly, the company aims to prevent any unauthorized commercial dealings and avoid confusion regarding the ownership of the film.

Reports indicate that the dispute over the rights to Hera Pheri 3 has been ongoing for quite some time.
