Sydney Sweeney reunites with Off Campus stars

Hollywood actress Sydney Sweeney is set to share the screen with two stars from Amazon Prime Video’s Off Campus in separate upcoming film projects.

Belmont Cameli, who plays Garrett Graham in the first season of Off Campus, has joined Sweeney in Sony Pictures’ upcoming adaptation of Hollow. The movie is based on an upcoming novel by filmmaker and writer Lindsey Anderson Beer.

Beer is also attached to direct the film and adapt her own novel for the big screen. The book is scheduled to be published by Putnam, an imprint of Penguin Random House, in fall 2027. The publishing deal reportedly attracted strong interest before Putnam acquired the project.

Meanwhile, Stephen Kalyn, who portrays Dean Di Laurentis in the second season of Off Campus, has landed a role alongside Sweeney in Lionsgate’s The Housemaid’s Secret.

The upcoming thriller features a notable cast that also includes Kirsten Dunst, Brittany Snow and Paul Anthony Kelly. Paul Feig is directing the project, while the production team includes Todd Lieberman of Hidden Pictures, Laura Fischer of Pretty Dangerous Pictures and Feig. Sweeney is also involved as a producer through her company Honey Trap.

The Housemaid’s Secret will centre on Millie Calloway, played by Sweeney. The story follows Millie after she accepts a housekeeping position for a mysterious woman whom she is never allowed to meet.

As Millie becomes more involved in the household, she discovers disturbing secrets hidden behind a locked door. The revelations eventually threaten to expose a darker chapter from her own past.

The film is currently scheduled to arrive in cinemas on December 17, 2027. Hollow, meanwhile, has not yet received an official theatrical release date.

Sweeney’s casting in both projects gives her the opportunity to work with two performers associated with Off Campus, although Cameli and Kalyn will appear with her in separate films. The projects also add two major productions to Sweeney’s growing film slate.
