FAISALABAD: Female students swept all the top positions in the Intermediate Part-II and Composite (Part I & II) Annual Examinations 2026 conducted by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Faisalabad (BISEF), Hafiza Ghanwa Ambar secured the overall first position by obtaining 1165 marks. Four female students—Arooj Fatima, Rameen Hassan, Yusra Nadeem, and Alishba Naseer—tied for the second position with 1156 marks each. Similarly, two female students, Saimoon Fatima and Deep Fatima, along with one male student, Muhammad Zain Mustafa, secured the third position by obtaining 1155 marks.
The names of the position holders were announced by the Board Chairman, Professor Dr. Rana Benyamin, during a press conference held in the conference room of the Faisalabad Education Board. Board Secretary Professor Dr. Saleem Taqi Shah and Controller of Examinations Rana Atiq-ur-Rehman accompanied him on the occasion.
In accordance with the directives of the Punjab Government, the Board Chairman announced the names of the position holders at the scheduled time.
He revealed that Hafiza Ghanwa Amber, a student of Punjab College for Women (Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad), secured the overall first position by obtaining 1165 marks. Four students shared the overall second position with 1156 marks; these include Arooj Fatima and Ramin Hassan (Punjab College, Jaranwala Road), Yusra Nadeem (Muhammad Ali Jinnah Girls Higher Secondary School, 274-JB, Pansera, Faisalabad), and Alishba Naseer (Al-Falah Girls Higher Secondary School, Chak Jhumra). Meanwhile, students securing the overall third position obtained 1155 marks; this group comprises Saimoon Fatima and Deep Fatima (Punjab College, Daewoo Road, Faisalabad) and Muhammad Zain Mustafa (Allama Iqbal Science College for Boys, Qadri Darbar Road, Gojra). Similarly, in the Pre-Medical group for boys, Muhammad Zain Mustafa secured the first position with 1155 marks, Muhammad Absam Umar took the second position with 1152 marks, and Muhammad Zain-ul-Abideen secured the third position with 1150 marks.

In the General Science group (boys), Muhammad Hamza secured the first position with 1,151 marks, Muhammad Wahaj Taimoor took the second position with 1,150 marks, and Hassan Jabbar secured the third position with 1,144 marks. Among General Science female students, Samaiqa Ali secured first place with 1,154 marks, Aqsa Rehman took second place with 1,145 marks, and Kainat Zahra secured third place with 1,144 marks.
In the Arts group (boys), Farhan Ali secured first place with 1,095 marks, Muhammad Waleed took second place with 1,087 marks, and Faheem Hassan secured third place with 1,083 marks. Among Arts female students, Zainab and Hafiza Hina Yousuf tied for the first position with 1,127 marks, Asia Arshad took the second position with 1,113 marks, and Zunaira Mushtaq secured the third position with 1,108 marks.
In the Commerce group (boys), Muhammad Zain Shahid secured first place with 1,113 marks, Moeen Ahmed took second place with 1,095 marks, and Muhammad Haris secured third place with 1,081 marks. Among Commerce female students, Hafiza Iqra Tahir secured the first position with 1,120 marks, Shanzay took the second position with 1,117 marks, and Aqsa Nawaz secured the third position with 1,109 marks.
On this occasion, Board Chairman Professor Dr. Rana Benjamin congratulated the position-holding students, their parents, teachers, and the heads of their respective institutions. He remarked that, undoubtedly, the prayers of parents and the hard work of teachers lie behind this magnificent success achieved by the students.
It is worth noting that a prize distribution ceremony in honor of the position-holding students will be held today, Wednesday, September 23, at 9:30 AM in the auditorium of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Faisalabad. In addition to the students’ parents, teachers, and heads of institutions, prominent figures from the education sector will attend the event to encourage the high achievers.
The ceremony will be presided over by the Chairman of the Board, Professor Dr. Rana Benyamin. In accordance with the directives of the Government of Punjab, the official results will be released online at 10:00 AM, at which point they will be uploaded to the Board’s website: www.bisefsd.edu.pk. Board Secretary Professor Dr. Saleem Taqi Shah and Controller of Examinations Professor Rana Atiq-ur-Rehman will also accompany him on this occasion.
